They're just black keys, there's no official name.

(Unless "accidentals" counts, which is the term used to describe sharps and flats.)

Just "Black keys". Political correctness seems to have passed by that one :-)

Just the black keys and the white keys, no better name.

"Sharps and Flats" or "accidentals" is not really a proper name for the black keys. It's true that black keys are only notated as accidentals (there is no natural pitch name for the black keys) but E sharp, for example, is the white key F.

Sharps and flats that are in the key signature are not called accidentals.

I think that I have read in a German book about "Untertäste" and "Obertäste" - "lower" (white) and "upper" (black) keys. This may make sense when comes to the technical aspects of playing the instrument, but has no significance when comes to composing.

Moreover I have been playing on organs where the keys have been colored quite differently (the lower keys having darker colour than the upper ones).
