Doesn't surprise me. Both of mine came with uneven key spacing and looked ugly. Plus the speakers were EQ'd to quiet. Hopefully you can get I refund like I did and get a Korg. This looks like an excuse to put an unfavorable spotlight on a product. Speaking of which, 90% of keyboards made by all brands have some degree of imperfect spacing between keys. Possum seems to relish every opportunity to mention his opinion of his Casio's spacing. It is one thing to have a bad experience. It is another to continually complain about it long after you have replaced the item.

Your options now are warranty, paying to have it serviced out of your own pocket, selling it or living with it. Warranties do not last forever. The sooner you get it repaired or replaced the sooner you can thoroughly enjoy using it.
