I was thinking about starting to learn this piece, how long does it take to learn the whole piece u guys think? And also what difficulity lvl is it between 1-10?

A quick resource for levels of difficulty of classical works is Henle. They rank the Schubert as medium difficult, level 5/6. Normally, my more serious students tackle this around 9th grade.

If you want to play it up to the real tempo, then it's actually quite difficult to pull off. Of course, if you just want to take a leisurely stroll through the notes like walking through a garden and gazing at the flowers, then it can be played by a competent Level-6 player.
