I've recently purchased both the VPC1 and the Ivory II American D software piano. I also have Ivory 1.5 installed.

To me, the VPC "Ivory" touch curve is perfect for the Ivory 1.5 German D piano, but it feels a bit off for the American D. Are you really supposed to use the "Ivory" touch curve for all the Ivory pianos, or is there something I could do to make the American D's touch feel better?

Try to create your own touch curve, perhaps by varying the existing curve for Ivory?

Hi,
I've got the same set, VPC1 + American D and I think you should - like maurus said - define your own touch curve...though IMHO Ivory American D sounds better than Ivory 1.5
