I went to the Hollywood Bowl on Thurs. Aug. 29th to see Paul Lewis play Beethoven's Piano Concerto, no. 3. Did anyone else see this concert? If so, what were your opinions of it? Personally, I really enjoyed it. Paul Lewis is a very lyrical pianist. It's the first time I've ever seen him. Wonderful expression, dynamics, technique.

But, I played it perfectly at home!!

Helene Grimaud has played at the Hollywood Bowl and personally I prefer her.
