I'm very pleased, the keys are adequately weighted and the grand piano sounds well. The following picture (click the link) shows the thing in the living room where I live, which is of course just a temporary place for it.

Edit: Updated the link. I posted this picture on the Facebook group for PX-5S enthusiasts. The first link didn't work, probably because it's not an open group, but the link above should work.

He he peterws, it's not there anymore, moved it up to my room, although the surroundings are still somewhat primitive.

RonL, the main piano sound is very good.

Don't understand what you mean, xorbe. smile

Thank you Plinky88, I might lose some weight, which is good. cool Thank you also for your help in the Facebook group.

Thanks pv88, just did. This thread is a great idea, helpful for future buyers.

Hi TheodorN,

I can't be absolutely certain, but perhaps Xorbe is referring to your cute little puppy, who appears to have activated it's Cloaking Device -- he/she blends right into the coach. grin
Quick, call the USAF. I am sure they will want to incorporate this technology into their next generation bomber. wink

In America, "Spot" is a generic name for a dog, when you don't know it's real name. Same goes for "Fido". It is kind of like using the term John (or Jane) Doe for an unidentified person, alive or deceased.

Is he/she a Spaniel breed? Almost looks like an English Springer...except for the black and tan coloring.

In any event, a cute little doggie. I have a wonderful Gordon Setter (same color scheme). She has been my constant companion and best friend for 14 years now.

Dogs...God Bless 'em. thumb

Here is a pic of my Libby:

Oh man am I jealous, the 5S has gotten such rave reviews and I haven't had a chance to even see one in person yet. If I had money for another board right now, I'd definitely get it.

Hope to hear a recording soon!

Thanks James. "Spot" just falls asleep not matter what's going on around him. He sniffed a little of the box, as he does whenever something new is brought in.

Tritium, nice dog of yours, Libby. You've got a point, xorbe. grin Dwscamel, thank you, I intend to post a recording, after some hours of practising and learning about the features of the piano.
