There are two new threads, and both of them say "bad request". One of them has a response by Sinophilia so at least somebody is able to access it. That suggests that whatever is happening hits certain browsers and not others.

To whit - I can't see the "90%" thread, but it has 5 responses. I can access this one, though.

I can't get into it either. Just guessing, but it's probably the % sign in the thread title. The forum software has problems with punctuation in post titles. Never use a # sign, for instance, because it screws up the "last unread" feature.

Yes, it is the % sign. You have to eliminate it in the url and it will be fine. (There were two consecutive ones.)

Ah, that makes sense. By sheer coincidence, the teacher forum has a new thread that appeared around the same time where the title starts "% students".

while we're at it, a fun fact: at my workplace, the Submit and Preview button don't work. It's not a browser thing at all, cause I can post even from my humble smartphone browser, but not from any browser there. I guess the IT guys block something on a proxy level...

No, it's that javascript is disabled. You should try enabling javascript on the workplace browser. Try in the browser options.
