I enjoy what is referred to a 'Classical Indian' musical construction and performance. The current development in its expansion from its 'traditional' roots is particularly elegant in the hands of a composer such as Anoushka Shankar.
Bluegrass, when well performed, also catches my ear and attention.
Klezmer is just plain fun.
