I do find it interesting that in every level there's a Scriabin piece, who I adore, but other than that it's not exactly what we call "contemporary". I still love his works, but just sayin' here...

I wonder how I could get EMF involved with this... hmmm...

Nikolas, did you read the "Note du fondateur" (English underneath)? It's well explained there. The only thing to clarify might be that in France a distinction is usually made with the terminology moderne/contemporaine is the sense that modern is pre-contemporary, whatever year one decides where one becomes the other.
