All the books here are in Chinese, which I do not understand. Youtube is also blocked.

Does anybody know of a downloadable course for a beginner that I could print?

If www.udemy.com is open to you, there are a number of piano courses there. A couple of them are free. Can't vouch for them personally, but I've seen them on the site. I actually registered for one of the free courses, out of curiosity, but haven't started it yet. I'm intrigued by online learning, so I want to check it out.

Are you able to purchase through Amazon's Kindle store? I remember looking for something once and being surprised at how many piano books were available. For example, Alfred's All in One piano course is available as a Kindle Book, Hanon, the Palmer Scale book, and several Hal Leonard books. You might also check the digital books at SheetMusicPlus.com. Also, you know, I don't recommend it, but I think the Piano for Dummies book was also available as an ebook, as was the Everything Piano book.

Good Luck and let us know if you were able to get something and how it goes.
