Does anybody know the answer to this? It would save me a trip that's proving very difficult to schedule!
It has a Schwander action.

Terribly sorry for responding only now, Phil - the last few days, I've had to remedy the chaos resulting from a burst pipe in the attic flooding our complete home.

Indeed, I worked on a 1950s Welmar, but only the action (re-faced and re-pinned hammers, replaced bridle tape ends, etc.). Do you still need the information at this late stage? I could try and schedule a meeting with the owners, to take a few sample measurements on the balance and front rails. But this may take a few days - it's a hectic time of year...

And which information do you require exactly: only pin width/thickness, or length as well?
