Newfound,

Your post is dangerously close to advertising which is prohibited within the forums (except by our paying advertisers and by me). We did have a Help Wanted forum but it wasn't getting enough action.

That said, it would be helpful to know who you are, and if the company you represents had a web site that can be used to verify their existence.
Certainly an interesting opportunity if someone wanted a little adventure.

We don't see many job postings here, and as such this is a bit curious. While it is always a good idea to leave no stone unturned, I think you would reach a much much broader audience if you were to advertise in professional journals for piano technicians in North America (PTG Journal) and Europe (Europiano) and possibly Japan or Korea.

Jurgen has a point.

Trade publications would be more direct, although we do
have a pretty broad audience here as well.

I doubt if you will find this well qualified, experienced with a proven track record technician in here. Because he(the well qualified, experienced with a proven track record, already has a great tuning business in his own home town!) And isn't Dubai really hot?

Are you saying that in Denmark where I live, population of 5.5 million, 37000 visited pianoworld? That sounds like too many.

There are many techs who are salaried employees on this forum who may be looking for a change.

The numbers come straight out of our Google analytic account.

Not everyone who visits us is a piano player. We often get visitors who are looking for something to do with music, and some visitors who weren't looking for music related stuff at all.

I believe it has something to do with how many urls search engines like Google have indexed for us.

This is a screen shot of our Google Webmaster Tools showing how many urls they have indexed for Piano World

The other day we heard in the news about the Kafala system in the Gulf States. It was reported that the French soccer pro Zahir Belounis had great problems to get out of Qatar for more than 2 years. That´s what I call adventure

Cultural, religious, and especially language difficulties would be huge. 'Not a good work environment at all.

For that reason ... I'm out!!! grin
