Should I stay with the 5 degree angle head at first?

I assumed most of the cheaper Ebay tuning kits are
trash, so I won't post them here, and I also found this
one, a bit more pricey:

But this last kit contains tools I don't even know
how to use, so I would assume you would all advise
me to wait until I need them?

The best tuning lever in terms of value is called the Levitan Utility. It was designed by a technician, from NY, named Dan Levitan. He also designed two others, called the Classic, and Professional. I use the Classic, but it costs three times as much as the Utility. Unfortunately, these are only available through Pianotek Supply Co., so it will be difficult for you to obtain these high quality tools unless you have a mentor, or you join the Piano Technicians Guild. (Pianotek only sells to people they consider to be a part of the piano industry.)

Thanks, they also have the cheaper tuning kit, but
I was warned to get the better one, about $59.

It turned out to be about $4 less than ordering
through Ebay.
