It's Fun to Play the Piano ... Please Pass It On!
I like the first section. The recurring rhythmic motif is nice and ties the melody together. The transition into the section feels a bit uninspired. The long pause is not really justified by what follows. Also your second section is a lot like your first section but with a less interesting melody. You might consider a key change and a more driving melody there. The lack of contrast makes me wonder why even put a second section in at all.
A pianistic suggestion: when both hands are playing in the lower register it becomes difficult to discriminate the melody from the accompaniment. Maybe play the right hand part a little louder and the left hand part a little softer there.
Overall this is nice, somewhat relaxing, and a little contemplative. I suppose the title fits somewhat--though with the idea of the "strangenes" of life I was anticipating some exotic sounding harmonies perhaps. Have you experimented at all with melodic minor?
