A paraphrase/concert arrangement of Chopin's Mazurka in D major, Opus 33 No 2, that I completed recently. Enjoy. smile

The MIDI sounds awful. You can't hear any of the counterpoint or differentiate lines, and it ignores all the dynamics and tempo fluctuations.

It's basically when a composer takes a previously written work and thickens/arranges it, adding extra contrapuntal lines, double notes, and cadenzas - here's another example, by Godowsky, the King of the Paraphrase: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4_S3hngHfE
