I added the complete list to the first post in the topic - should be easier for people to reference/find it now.

Alright everyone, on your mark, get set...PRACTICE! laugh

OK. So when is the go live date? When is the cut off date for submissions?

The 22nd of March is the submission date. I looked through all the posts and didn't see any other information (submission format, go live date, audio or video, etc...)

I'm assuming it's going to work like the Mazurka recital but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure that's a good idea, Joel, for various reasons. But carry on.

I'm way too late for this party but I think the one nocturne I know was already claimed from the start.

Happy practicing to the contributors.

I may have bitten off more than I can chew. I recently started some other pieces and I think I'll have to back out of the Waltz Op 18. I'll still do the Nocturne 27/1, but if anyone wants the Waltz, its up for grabs!

I've sent a PM to Joel re: the Opus 18.

I missed the opportunity to participate here. The reason was that I was busy with travels and holiday preparations and had very limited time to read the posts of this thread. I just browsed through some of the posts and "signed up" for one of the nocturnes without noticing that a PM was required.

If the situation arises that somebody wants to skip participation I could be interested in taking over the piece. This depends, of course, on which piece and how long before the deadline. I'll not be able to study one of the long waltzes or very difficult nocturnes in four weeks.

Meanwhile I'm going to focus on the Tchaikovsky recital. And I look forward to listening to the performances in this recital even if I don't get the chance to participate myself.

Guys, I have no power to edit the list anymore and I'm not going to keep posting a bunch of new ones. If it's okay with Kreisler, I would ask that you all send your requests to him. But please, try to keep to your pieces.

How about we do it like in the ABF Tchaikovsky thread, where each person just updates the list themselves. Copy and paste.

Ganddalf, would you like the Op. 34 no. 1 valse brilliante in A flat, or does that qualify as a "longer waltz" ? smile I don't mind letting someone else use my spot.
