It's been great sharing this with my daughter. We have, obviously, the same teacher, and while I'm certainly practicing different level repertoire, I think it's good that she sees me getting lots of corrections, too, and often the same types of corrections, even if they are expressed differently. She gets to see that learning music is an ongoing process and we get better incrementally and correction is not criticism but an essential part of the journey.
