Hello people of the internet!

I play in a youth group band, currently with 2 keyboards (1 mine, 1 church's). I was trying to look at getting a stage piano of some sorts. The current set up I have is a korg krome 61 key, for like pads and synths and sometimes organs, and a Yamaha digital piano (not certain of the model).

What I was looking for was something that has weighted keys and killer piano quality along with options of organ patches, and yes I understand that the weighted keys won't be great with organ playing.

The few models I was looking at are:
Nord piano
Roland 800
Roland 700nx

What's your thoughts?

Thanks!

Since you have hinted at your budget by listing the rather expensive Nord, you may also consider out the Kawai ES7 and Yamaha CP4.

What's your thoughts?

If by "organ" you mean what most people do, i.e. something at least vaguely like a Hammond B3 through a Leslie, Nord Piano has no organ patches.

If you want a weighted action board with some semblance of drawbar and other controls that allow you to approximate Hammond organ settings, the Rolands do that; and there are Nord models that do it (better), but not the Nord Piano. .. those would be the Nord Electro 4HP or Nord Stage 2 76/88. From other companies, there is the Kawai MP6 and a number of Kurzweils, including the Artis which has their best piano sound.

If you don't care about drawbar controls and such but just want some decent sounding organ presets, there are lots of other options, and it also brings Yamaha into the mix, with the CP4 for example.

Yeah I knew nord has other options like the stage 2, but it's not really in my price range. I was under the impression that you could load sample software into the nord.

You can load samples into the Nord Piano. There are no Hammond organ samples from Nord that you can load into it, though. You could conceivably find or create a custom organ sample you could use, but it would be of very limited functionality, since the NP also lacks things like the ability to simulate the Leslie speaker that the organs are usually played through.
