Does anyone have experience with this video? I'm interested whether any members have tried it and if so, how they liked it.

I bought it years ago, when I was just restarting piano. I was having lots of pain in my neck and arms and back. The video did help, although I have to say it's mostly commonsense things like posture and relaxation. At least that is what I remember. I watched it once and then never looked at it again. I don't remember how much it cost - maybe I need to watch it again - my neck always hurts when I am trying too hard!

She does have a loyal following and has been very successful in helping people play with less pain. In my case I think I just got used to it finally.

My piano teacher in grad school showed it to me, so I, too, have only watched it once. I can't say as I teach what she does - you wouldn't be able to get that from a video - but it helped me to the understand how to deal with tension issues better. It made sense to me because I don't suffer from a lot of tension so having this approach helped put to words what I do naturally. So while there is some merit to watching the video, you may be better off if you have a teacher who can respond to what you're doing when you try the various exercises.
