Dear colleagues,

I came across this piano sheet. It is a Russian composer named Zhilinsky and it is a Sonatina.

Find the sheet in this link (and let me know if you cant access the document)

https://www.dropbox.com/s/u6gzruuhal0uptb/2014-01-15%2020.52.59.jpg

Anybody has played this composer before? Any advice you can give me on how to play this music? Any further information that you would like to share?

Thank you,
Manu

Hi ManuPetrof, and welcome to PW!

Yes, I can read the file and I do not know the author of the piece ... Sorry.

Your asking about "how to play this piece" can be tricky to answer, since we don't know your experience, musical preferences, piano lessons?, and so on...
So why don't you write a little about you in the " OT, Tell us about yourself " thread?

Done, CarlosCC,
the composer, Zhilinsky, is well known at the Conservatory of Music, and his sheets fly around professors and students. However, he doesnt "exist", apparently, in the Internet.

I suspect you have the name spelled incorrectly. It is more likely spelled "Zielenski", a common Polish name. The composer may be Wladyslaw Zielenski but that is only a guess. I am not familiar with his music.
