While looking for Music Theory, I have compiled a list of links and books mentioned on Piano World.

The numbers at the end were the number of positive mentions. I simply googled: "music theory" site:pianoworld.com

(X = liked, Y = did not).

This was in no way a scientific study, I can't even tell you if they were the same people.

Websites about preparing: (this isn't on PW)

http://www.mta.ca/faculty/arts/music/admissions/prepare.html

Websites that educate you:

http://www.pianoworld.com/fun/vpc/piano_chords.htm

http://www.emusictheory.com/ (2)

http://www.8notes.com/theory/ (1)

http://www.dolmetsch.com/theoryintro.htm (12)

http://www.teoria.com/ (4) - Exercises.

http://www.themelodymaster.com/interval.php (Interval training game).

http://www.zebrakeys.com/resources/musictools/intervaleartrainer/ (Interval Ear trainer)

Thinkquest - Not sure what all is beneath this, however,
it was referenced in 2005 as http://library.thinkquest.org/15413/theory/theory.htm and I had to navigate to the new link.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dF074CL5vjI&sns=em (Music Theory Song (Intervals Roasting))

http://www.youtube.com/user/richardjpugh/videos - This one was a hard to decision to add or not. The original post was talking about
how the videos were over an hour long, that was in 2010. The videos this youtube user has are less than a few months old. I was about
to leave it off, but I found the discussions talking about how useful the videos were.

IICE: AF's Music Theory Videos seem to be poorly sound recorded at the start. The volume is very low.
