Thanks for everyone's help. My local newspaper just had a new used piano for sale. It's a Bladwin virtical piano, model is 665, made in 1999. Does anyone have any idea how tall is the piano? And what's the value of the piano? How's the performance about the piano? Thanks a lot!!

This is a 43.5" console piano and still available in the Baldwin lineup. Baldwin's "suggested retail" is over $6,000, but all of their pricing has gone through the roof during the last 12 to 18 months!

Performance-wise, it's hard to classify a console piano as anything you would use the word "performance" with! But if memory serves me correctly, it plays as good as any of the other consoles available.

Thanks for replying. I went and looked at this piano today. The body was ok, only has a cup ink on the top of the piano. But the sound was terrible. The piano hasn't been tuned for 3 years. And the piano was moved from NJ to VA in 2002. Would it worth to buy it and is it easy to fix the tune?

Thanks in advance!

Buying a piano is like dating: don't get married until you fall in love! Don't plan on things changing after the wedding... :-)
