What rhythm pattern/fill pattern does he use from 00:16 to 00:30 in tha above video ? I can figure out that he is arpeggiating the chord and probably suspending it ,but I would love to have the exact notes /method..I must have spent 2 hours trying to figure it out..

he is adding 9 to both of those examples. when you play triads in pop tunes you can always add 9 to add some color. don't get too concerned with exactly how he is arpeggiating the chords. any pattern will sound good pretty much just get the 9 in there. hope this helps.
