I'm interpreting your question differently than those who have responded thus far. I'm reading it to mean "I want the thread topic of a post to appear in bold text and be underlined, how do I do that?"

If I'm interpreting your question correctly the answer is: don't.

When people try to use html in their thread titles they invariably insert characters that screw up peoples browsers such as ampersands "&".

We promise we'll pay attention to your posts without the need for you to highlight them further.
