Short and sweet, I went to a local piano store and can purchase a brand new cherry wood queen anne legs Perzina T-161 w/ PNOmation II player for $18500....sounds good?

I like the sound and love the wood.
Thanks.

If you love the sound I would say go for it..
If you like the sound, see if you can find a sound that you love.

Let me clarify, this would be my first piano purchase. Grew up with an old piano that wasn't tuned often, and for my first piano purchase this has the sound I am looking for. The construction seems beautiful and well built as much as my research and the salesman has me believe. I don't come across any bad reviews on Perzinas. I'm just clarifying that this is a good price point for what I am getting. I have found in my research that knowing what a good deal on a piano is just about impossible, so if anyone has purchased a piano like this, would this be ballpark average, good deal, or overpriced?

Thanks.

It does sound good since it's a bit above the "Suggested Maximum Price" of pianobuyer which does not include the player.

Do you really want the player though? Just asking.

About the piano: Is it the sound you are looking for, in other words to repeat my first question: Do you love the sound or do you like the sound?

I wouldn't settle for like when spending that kind of money. If you like it, search more, you will find a piano that you love. If you love it, go ahead and buy it. They're good pianos.
