Hi,

After deliberating for months I have just got my new Kawai ES7 and the HM4 stand. It has just arrived and I am now unpacking it!!!

Just a quick thing how do I tell what version it is on?

Press and hold the PIANO2, ORGAN, and STRINGS/CHOIR buttons while turning the instrument on.

The latest software is v1.14, so if it's older than that, I recommend grabbing the update from here.

Congrats! I woke up early this morning (5am) and played by ES7. Hope you enjoy it and thanks for the tip James.


Edit: BTW James, I just noticed my ES7 is on ver. 1.13. Are there major differences between 1.13 and 1.14? I'm a software guy so I'm guessing not, but interested if there are full patch notes on the newest version.
