Sorry, this is not a solvent name but the product name which may or may not be available in all places.
Mohawk flash-off control solvent was described by a Mohawk rep as follows.

Used to improve the flow of lacquers and sealers without slowing the drying. Additions of one or two ounces of Flash-Off™ control solvent per gallon of lacquer will eliminate overspray roughness in the finish and improve the overall smoothness. Not a blush retarder.


When spraying our vinyl sealer over an existing lacquer coating or over a stain, glaze or filler you might want to add our Flash Off Control Solvent to increase the initial open time of the product and to provide more bite into the existing finish since this solvent likes to penetrate and will stay in the wet film a little longer. It will help you keep a wet edge a little longer when spraying larger surfaces or greater areas. Flash Off won't affect the silicone levels and shouldn't cause fisheye or cratering. Since it is a strong solvent and does penetrate it will increase the chance of lifting if used over a catalyzed lacquer that has had time to cure.

Your product can help spraying but probably only with decent temperatures.

I have xylen, butyl acetate, isopropanol 99.99% , and others. I know of some are used as anti blush but could not find my notes.

(anti blush avoid humidity to get caught in the lacquer by slowing the time).

Xylen have a high boiling temp, so it must be in the heavy category...
