Poking around for other things, I found this version of Yann Tiersen's "Comptine d'Un Autre Été." Some of you may have already heard it, but I hadn't, and I really like the extra bits so i wanted to share it. smile I wish my score matched this recording.




Started piano June 1999.

I thought this was somebody just improvising.

Certainly could be improvising, but either way I like this version a lot. Also I think it's a little slower and more pensive than the one I'm most familiar with.

I am quite certain it's improvisation. You can hear a switch in style. I like the original better but that's a matter of taste.
