OP Pete O'Hearn Junior Member P Joined: Jul 2014 Posts: 1	recently started caring for a Pearl River baby grand with a disc player,one curiosity is there appears to be no way to connect the sostenuto rail to the pedal action, the solenoid rail for the player is in the way. It is in a senior residence facility and no one can tell me if it ever worked. Has anybody out there seen a similar situation

SMHaley 1000 Post Club Member S Joined: May 2013 Posts: 1,131 Seattle	I don't know if there were ever any out of the factory with a disc player installed, but all the ones I have seen were after market players installed by a small dealer while on the floor and the sostenutos were removed in those instances as well. I suppose the thinking in the case of most consumers is "who ever uses that middle pedal anyhow."
