The thread is getting rather unwieldy.

Once you aren't the last person to have signed up, if you go in and delete the content of your post (that is, the list that is no longer current) it will save much scrolling!

Keeping the thread tidy may encourage others to sign up.

Good idea, malkin. Or better yet, people should just post what they want and I'll add them and put an updated list. Hey, I'm new to this smile

Not to mention some confusing numbering (at least to me). If you are able to decipher my comments on that and it needs editing I would appreciate any help on that. After further research I think the Op. 99 Bunte Blatter should just be seen as a set of 14 pieces. So that Novellete would be no. 9 and I think Peyton is looking to do no. 4. I don't want to decide for him but that seems to be the case.

I'll take a look at the score and see what makes sense and let you both know.

IMHO the recent trend to self-update (as you were doing here until early a.m. my time) is far more efficient. You know by looking at the last post you won't miss anything. The alternative means sifting through recent posts - one is never quite sure how recent - to be sure a claim hasn't already been made. Not only that, when participants change their minds, withdraw, horse-trade whatever, a main coordinator has a job of work on their hands. It gets messy. I've no doubt you're equal to the job, Erin, but do yourself a favour and let it sort itself out.

Is it really problem that the thread will become long? Providing chit-chat is kept to a minimum (special thread for that?) you need only click on the last posting in the thread as it appears in the forum listing. No need to scroll anywhere else.

@Morodiene, Pathbreaker.
I found a list which might help. It is actually a recording of all the pianoworks of Schumann but it lists all the individual movements.

dire tonic: that's a good point. It seems there's pros and cons to both. Since I've made the change already though, I'll just keep it as-is. Don't want to change it back and be confusing wink.

wimpiano: thanks for that! Too bad it's out of order, but if I need to I can just search for the opus I need.
