That is a photo of the work which was done on my B shortly before I got it. Any comments would be welcome.

Your link made my computer to crash.

I guess there is a virus in that page.

I do apologise. It was entirely unintentional, I assure you.

Just tried it myself from here and it seems to be working fine.

Works for me. Looks respectable. Hammers not perfectly level but I'm assuming it has some hours on it.

Yes, there are some hours on it. The vendor had it restored and then sold it shortly afterwards. I have had it for about 6 months but am not in Europe often enough, or long enough to do much playing. Some guests play it as well, of course.

Could anybody make a guess as to the brand of components used?

It's a mostly original Schwander action. Hammers are probably old style Renners, single coat like the originals. Flanges seem new,
probably Renner. Shanks are Schwander as all the other parts.
Original keys nicely cleaned.

Hammers are probably too hard and heavy for your piano though.

shanks are changed as well, look darker because of the pic it make no sense to change the flanges only unless the bushings are renewed on the flanges, but gluing a new hammer set on old shanks is not worth) Abel for me, more than Renner, but I am not sure. they could be just a hair heavy, but need to be softened a lot generally and shaped very round so to reduce dynamics.

This is the original old acton with linked whippen/key.
No surprise the hammer line is not perfect, it is very hard to regulate and stabilize it. one need to turn 2 screws at each time one one direction the other counter, on the sort of balance on the key.
If too much stress left the hammer do not keep its position.

Nicely cleaned
