I am doing a refurbishment on an old player piano. It had been well taken care of but needs some work, mostly on the piano, not the player part.

When taking out the bellows assembly (to put a twist in the bass strings) I noticed that there is a choice of three sets of holes for the bottom of the assembly to rest in. They were in the set closest to the back and that is where I will return it unless there is a reason to use one of the other sets of holes. What would this adjustment be for?

Thanks in advance!

You could also investigate

Good luck! smile
