if I'm not mistaken.

But does that look like a piano from the 1920's? The
case and plate look awfully nice...it must have been
restored at some point, don't you think? The keys
are the only thing showing its age.

Or maybe that's not the correct serial #?

In any case, it looks to be around a 5 footer, so
the bass may be a bit too tinny for my taste, but
this looks to be something I might want to take a closer
look on.

Can you get a local tech to look at these pianos? There's really not much we can tell you. We can't see the instrument. We can't hear it. We can't try the action and kick the castors. It really would be better if you paid a local tech for his expertise, and made a decision based on reality rather than blind internet opinion.

I've had quite a bit of experience with Fischer grands. Some of them had tuning pins with a slight taper. There is no way to see that in a picture. Pin block condition, bridge integrity, sound board condition and a whole host of action abnormalities have to be examined physically. There's just no way to do it long distance.
