Unfortunately, there are restrictions and many popular items reject the coupon code while ordering online. Some have been able to call in their order and get the 10% or 15% discount honored that way. A new wrinkle is a site offering 10% off on their gift certificates. To me that may mean 10% off on anything they sell, but there is always some fine print. my piano uploads
