Hi,

i have a customer with a Baldwin Concertmaster player system in her grand piano.

About 4 years ago, there was a lightning strike. I'm told the keys
thumped up and down a few times immediately after that. Then, the player system never worked again.

There are no visible fuses under the piano. There is a power strip
installed. I reset it. Various lights turned on after that.

But, the light for the CD player mechanism did not turn on.

In fact, the drawer would not open when the CD player button was pushed. I inserted a paper clip into the tiny hole to open it and
removed the CD that had been there.

Is there some sort of .listing with names of techs that can work on this?

Thanks,
-Joe
