Thats beautiful Phacke! Here's mine. We bought some xmas wall dressings and put some tinsel and lights round the top of the piano.

I then took one of the photos and used it to create this virtual christmas card using software on my phone especially for us pianophiles.

Nice attention to details Mr. LarryShone.
My significant other typically plants the little ones in front of our piano for one of the photographs in the style of Christmas cards that are in vogue these days around the USA (family albums on a post card), but I see from your images that my Christmas cards have much room for improvements.
Looks inviting, Lancaster! I can just see Santa coming out of the chimney. Recently, my little ones googled "is santa real," and the first thing that comes up is a youtube video that somebody made of Santa coming down the chimney, placing gifts, eating the milk and cookies, and then leaving. Myth not broken.
By the way, that Baldwin Hamilton up there was purchased in the 1970s, quite used, painted in lime green. We refinished it back to the original mahogany, quite happily.
Best wishes-
phacke

Best wishes- Lime green? Really? Poor piano! Thanks for your kind words, but who is in Lancaster? Oh and our house has no chimney so lord knows how the kids will get their presents this year!

Retsnacal is Lancaster backwards.
Larry I've only just noticed you're in the UK. I had presumed wrongly that you were in the USA.

This year instead of repeating the Bose, I decided to post my 20-year-old Technics digital. It still plays wonderfully well, and I have a lot of fun using all its bells and whistles. You can see the Christmas tree lights reflected in the picture above the piano. Posting this has taken me more than two hours. This has got to be the most difficult site on the web. Cool reflection picture, Larry. Yes, Retsacnal is just Lancaster spelled backwards. I lived on Lancaster Road in my hometown.
Welcome back, Nelsthepianoplayer/Annitenth. Why the new ID?

Lime green? Really? Poor piano! Nice refinishing! I don't know why lime green was ever so popular...

Seasons Greetings,
Very very nice image indeed.
I suppose I am not the only one trying to imagine exactly where the piano is there, and then after tentatively figuring it out, wondering if the piano is playable.
Best wishes.

Yes, the piano is very playable, but a little muted. Raising the lid would definitely result in a train crash....
