One of these days I'll wangle a press pass and wander through the piano areas. Don't worry, I won't spill cokes in the Bechsteins or bend the ear of the Mr. Sauter about irrelevancies.

I will be there anyway, meeting the dealers from my new territory and hopefully writing orders.

Samick has agreed to sponsor the program nationwide. We should be able to get over 1000 pianos into the country's public schools at no cost to the schools!

That's why I'll be working in the Samick booth.

BTW, it would also work in Canada!

Not a problem.
I'm sure if the cc is a problem, he can provide a bank check. In fact, it will be for more than the total purchase, but that's ok.
Just send him the difference (and the pianos).

There are a number of similar scams out there, mostly involving selling grand pianos to supposed churches in some African country, to be paid in advance by certified check and/or credit card. I just tell them to show up in person and bring cash, and I will be happy to make the deal.
