Here are a few photos of our new piano, which arrived yesterday afternoon. It's set up in the master bedroom--in one photo you can see Mr. Stubbie's shoe (he took the photos). It's a pleasure to play!

We had a grand once. When the wife played it, our 2 yo went to sleep. When I played it, the dog went crazy . . .

Thanks, everyone!

Yeah, the bedroom is not the traditional room for a piano. For sure I won't be getting up and playing in the middle of the night if I have insomnia. But it was a space large enough for the piano and a space that required the least amount of rearranging of furniture. We've kept our digital and as a matter of fact, I just finished my practice on the acoustic and Mr. Stubbie did his on the DP with earphones.

I still need to get a good lamp. I also would like something close by to store music books and a surface for writing in my piano log.

Mr. Stubbie's sneakers look a lot cleaner than Mr. BrianDX's wink
