We have a very old Technics Digital Ensemble PR100 and it has served us well. Suddenly, half the keyboard doesn't work - the RHS above the keyboard split point. I have made lots of enquiries about repairs, but no one will touch it as you can't get spares for Technics. It has been suggested to me that "initialising" might restore the keys. However, we have lost the manual in a house move. I have searched off a copy online but to no avail. We realise that we will soon need to buy a new piano but my son's Grade I is coming up and we need to act fast! Any suggestions to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Jim, you are a total star! Downloaded the manual and solved the problem within a minute. Now our nine-year has no excuses! Thanks again. 😊
