I mentioned in another thread I wanted a digital piano that I could use with Synthesia and other piano apps. I can get one of these new for $750 which looks to be a good price. I know I'd have to buy speakers and a stand. Do powered computer speakers work and does anyone know if the Px350 console stand work with the PX-5s?

Thanks for the help

I hate this. I just blew over EUR 800 on one. Talk about unfair deals! frown

Yes, it will work with computer speakers. I assume it'll fit on a PX-350 bench - best to check the dimensions of the PX-350 and the PX-5S.

I suspect that the PX-5S would not work with the PX-350 stand. My understanding is that the PX-350 screws into the stand. I doubt the PX-5S has the appropriately placed holes to be mated with the stand. It also doesn't have the connector to use with the matching pedal unit. If you get the PX-5S you can use a standard Z-style or bench style stand (I would avoid X-stands) for it. Powered computer speakers should work, but you may need an adapter.
