Anyone of you tried the new Coda Pro ?

I'm considering the Yamaha P115 or Kawai ES1000? Where does the Coda stands for its price ?

THANKS

I think you should consider the PX 5S/PX 350 and ES100, the PX150 aswell if you want a cheaper alternative.

I would leave the P115 out of the list, but the thing is you have to try the DPs on your own. I mean if you really feel like the P115 is a better alternative for you than any of the others listed go ahead and buy it.

I'm on the same boat as you at the same price point, but I'm still saving up money.

Take a look here:

I've yet to try the Coda for myself, however I'd be inclined to purchase an entry level Yamaha, Kawai, or Casio instead.

Cheers,
James

Finally, a video of the Alexis Pro, post NAMM, that gives a good, general idea of how the Coda Pro sounds.

The video was linked to this forum over a month ago (see thread linked above). It gives a good idea of how horrible this Coda Pro sounds....

Well, yes, I just saw this on youtube yesterday and posted it yesterday. I do not like how it sounds, either, especially the split mode.
