Here is a fun, short virtuoso piece by the Duke of Pianeet (Yui Morishita).

HA!

That's great fun! Thanks for sharing. It's already almost there for the July performance, so brilliant stuff! ^_^

I saw your video at Yui Morishita's site. He wrote that he is very happy that an American pianist is performing it. I saw the video link I his site saying Ethan.... So ahhha! Good stuff. An excellent rendition. Someday I want to hear you perform live.

Your pianistic skills are really superb, but I have to disagree and say I like the first recording better. You play the piece great both times, but the first piano is more in tune and probably bigger than the second. The only thing wrong with the first recording is that it was too close.

Do or do not. There is no try.

Thanks for the comment! The first recording was made on a better piano, but there are more mistakes and my playing is definitely better in the second recording. I was in Louisville when I made the first recording, but now I'm back at my parents' house for a few days, so I only have access to my Kohler & Campbell baby grand.

I prefer the second recording. It sounds like fun and you play it very well.
