With the most popular singers (like Frank Sinatra or Barbra Streisand), there are always awesome orchestras.

Very nice Albunea! I'm not familiar with Juan Luis Guerra but I enjoyed this performance/video a lot.

Joseph Haydn Piano Concerto in F major H XVIII:3, Philippe Entremont

Entremont, IMO, so underrated as a pianist. His legato is so seamless. Even a simple piece, such as Beethoven's "Minuet in G" is just beautiful.

I found this interpretation last year, and heard the song for the first time not long before. For Greener.

I was playing a little piece in my Bastien Premier book which was familiar. Funny thing is I could only relate it to some old song…that might mean the basic piece has a very good arrangement! I could find what song is inspired on: Scarborough Fair. I've been listening to some versions, piano, vocal…



If I am not wrong, this singer was in one of the Australian TV singing contests. I like the way she sings it.

I realize this isn't the most popular genre here but you asked and it is what I'm listening to at the moment. I need the energy today, not to be confused with the whiskey. The intro is rather long (about 2 minutes or so) but worth the wait
