Dear Friends,

I'm pianist and I use an Avantgrand N1 every day for practise.
I search some good velocity curves for Pianoteq 5 and Ivory II American Concert D.
Could you help me?
Thank you very much!

Best regards

Carlo

I would suggest going to the Pianoteq site for help with that.

Thank you. Unfortunately they don't have any velocity curves for Avantgrand Yamaha. Have you some other suggestions?

Create your own curve! With Pianoteq it's very easy.

Hello
I have a N2 which I mix with Pianoteq
I simply use a S shape for the velocity curve.
Why a S shape...simply because, at low velocity, I don't like to hear pianoteq too loudly
and at high velocity, the N2 hardly gives more than 100 midi values....so to compensate, I increase then the curve
You can also use the internal pianoteq velocity calibration for a first try and as a basis for more accurate settings

Hope it helps

Cheers
