The name is Rich[ard] Becher. There is no information about that name in the piano atlas. It could be a stencil piano, made for a retailer and the name added, or it could be a small obscure maker that probably went out of business about 100 years ago.

All we have is a photograph of the name of the manufacturer. Nobody seems to have heard of that manufacturer. The price might depend on:
Is it an upright or a grand? If a grand, what size is it? Where in the world you are. In what condition is it?
What you are asking really is impossible to answer except to say, it is worth what someone else is willing to pay you for it.

Are you looking to sell it? OR is someone giving it to you for free? Personally, if you are buying/getting it for free... move on. If you are trying to sell it... I would offer it for free. It needs hundreds of dollars worth of work just by looking at the keyboard... (regulation issues). The case is pretty... perhaps someone might want it to repurpose it?

The candle sconces are a clue to the advanced age. Also it is severely neglected. It is worth less than zero. The question is how much you will have to pay somebody to take it away.

There are brass pieces on the front. Those are where candles go. That shows that it is very old.
It is dirty and has not had any maintenance done on it over the years.
Nobody will pay for it. You will have to pay somebody to take it away.

can you write more clearly? Please take this without offense, it is junk, rubbish, trash... Unless there is underlying sentimental value.

It's not worth the air needed to blow out all the dust and grime.
Will do some R&B for a while. Give the classical a break. You can spend the rest of your life looking for music on a sheet of paper. You'll never find it, because it just ain't there. - Me Myself
