There were some nice ideas in here. I liked the harmonic change up at 2:18. The piece is very.. emotional Japanese video game? I do think that 7:30 is way too long for the material and this was exacerbated by the repetitive video. I'm curious what could have been added to this musically by the introduction of other instruments.

Keep on writing!

I would have liked the music to have been shorter. I think you say more in a shorter time period -Also, because you have a programme, you need to think more deeply about dream like harmonies and wish fulfilment, in terms of the music -you can create more chromatic harmonies - unresolved progressions - play with these elements in order to create more wonder -and the sense of musical journey -

Good suggestions! I would also add that the rhythm of your phrasing is very square and this works against the message you're trying to convey. Dreams, don't end each phrase da la dah dah. Changing that rhythm once it's established is how you can extend phrases and that would take your music into the unknown (dreamland?). As it is the repetitive rhythm gets annoying.

AWesome thanks for letting me hear your suggestions!

Yeah I felt my pieces are usually too colorful so this time I tried to be as simple as I can most minimal variation of harmony/rhythm/ideas. I am very happy to hear you guy's thoughts it lets me know just how much people could tolerate it.

In terms of musical instruments personally I don't think they would've helped hmm...unless they were placed in places as musical effects rather than accompaniments
