I wish to require for any possible assistance from any member of this forum to get a copy of A435hz tuning fork. I have tried to get from any available dealer online but to no avail.Any information as to how I can have a copy is highly appreciated.

John Walker makes them. They are listed in the Schaff catalog.

How I would do it:

Get:
. . . an A440 tuning fork, and
. . . a digital "guitar tuner" (either hardware, or smartphone app), and
. . . electrical "rosin core" solder, 1.6 mm diameter.
. . . vinyl tape

Wrap a few turns of solder around each tine of the tuning fork, about halfway along the tine, and put a wrap of vinyl tape over it to hold it in place.

Test the frequency by tapping the fork and holding it against a resonator (e.g. hollow door).

Adjust the solder position -- move it toward the base of the fork if the frequency is too low, move it toward the tip if the frequency is too high.

. . . I just got my A440 fork to resonate at A435.2 Hz in about 5 minutes.

For a more-permanent setup, I'd hold the solder in place with glue, rather than vinyl tape. If the frequency is a bit too high, add more glue. If the frequency is too low, file off a bit of solder.

The other way to attack this is to _gradually_ file a notch into the base of each tine, at the outside of the tine. That will be more permanent, but the pitch only moves one way -- _down_ -- so be careful you don't overshoot.

The digital tuners -- free or cheap -- are usually able to adjust their "A" over a wide range, and they'll work as a "pitch pipe" as well as a tuning meter:

. . . Why do you need a physical tuning fork ?

I made one of a 440 Hz fork.
With a round file you can file away between both arms of the fork.
Compare to a tuning meter.

Check the apple App Store
I see a free one that appears to be adjustable.

Another thought: if you have access to etd: tune a4 to 435 and record it then play back.
