I think Rachaminoff music probably concealment for real truth about spy activities he was hired probably by German government to spy on America intelligence during WWII from various sources I have information such as & Wikipedia you can decipher great deal from they ' re poasts I think this is something not be overlooked & ignored I well & you can see this is his music is very reflectant of dark and secretive . There are many accounts of his persona being fake his name not truly " Sergei Rachmaninoff " but truly is " Albrecht Rudolf Müller " a known spy during the WWII who went under alias " Alfonzo " to conceal his truly identify as the Russian composer & get information from secret service to assassinate Hitler first before American can win war & get all credit due to tension between the countries & competing for stature I find theory particular to say the least & rather fascinating if true his music wasn ' t made by him rather produce by German insiders .

Whew! Don't know if English is your primary language, but I suspect whatever language is your first, it does have punctuation available. You might try it: it helps readers.

Thanks

Now that is really interesting. So you're saying is he didn't compose his works himself? But he did play the piano, or was that also a German substitute?

I hope you will not be offended if I don't believe a single word of your post...

LOL!

Maybe not Rachmaninoff, but I came across this story recently:
Stalin's Singing Spy

For those of you who have never heard the recording SR made with Nadezhda Plevitskaya it is very interesting. Check it out here:

Joel, while you are investigating Rach's career as a spy, add his career as a circus performer when you write his biography. It should be a New York Times bestseller

Can you point to some sources for this idea? I get five hits when I google "Albrecht Rudolf Müller" and the first hit is this thread.

He was too tall to be a spy, but he may have played professional basketball.

Joel: Was your account hacked?

The Joel that we know doesn't write like that. (Nor, need I say, think like that.) smile
If it's not hackage (good word) grin then either he copy/pasted it from somewhere as an example of stupidity, or else he's goofing on us.

I can't find the word "spy" in the Wikipedia article on Rachmaninoff. But I suppose Rachaminoff might have been a spy.

If someone could enlighten me about what is 'on track', I might... well never mind.

The signal to noise ratio on PW is almost amusing at times.

Rachmaninoff was born in 1873 and died in 1943 near age 70.

Or perhaps the OP really meant Boris "Rachaminoff" (friend of Natasha) and evil nemesis of Peobody?
