I know for most of you international observers you have been keenly awaiting today, 2th July. For today Australia votes in a federal election which is most likely going to go down to the wire. Culmination of an exciting but very short eight week campaign wink

However, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the various news sources, there is another event going on today. Perhaps over shadowed by the aforementioned election but none the less of some interest.

The European contingent of the forum is having it's annual get together today in Milan. Yeah I know, could they not have gone somewhere nice laugh To keep abreast of the goings on, perhaps there might even be a picture or two see here. Incidentally, our fearless leader and founder Mr Piano World (as well as Mrs Piano World) are attending this year. Next year I think we should all go laugh

Surprisingly easy, barely an inconvenience.

A federal election that only lasts 8 weeks? Sign me up smile

Maybe someone will organize a "Down Under" party for 2017.

I have colleague that I have worked with for over 30 years that now lives just outside of Auckland. If my wife and I can get there, everything else will be taken care of for us.

As a newbie and first-timer to the Piano Party, I hearily agree with this. It's great fun! And everyone is so nice! And Cheryl deserves at least a Diploma if not a fully blown degree for her excellent patience and organisation skills :-)

I'd be happy to help out with a Piano Down Under party. How many takers would we have? And where? (Alice Springs is nice and central to everyone...... !)

earlofmar, so sorry you weren't there! But Cheryl read out your letter in a perfect Scottish accent 😊
