Seriously, a lot depends upon what you are looking for in a DP, your budget, and also your personal preferences in sound and feel. These are both older instruments, so I think what you'd pay in the used market would be a big factor. The Casio has a higher polyphony (128) vs. the Kawai at 96, which would be a bit of a concern for me. But then action for me is paramount, and I'm guessing the Kawai action feels better. Have you played them both? Which do you like better? private piano/voice teacher FT
